1. Refunds

Due to the nature of AIBOQ's AI-powered BOQ generation services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once payment has been completed or processing has commenced.

2. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the relevant transaction and should include the necessary transaction details and reason for the request.

3. Final Decision

All refund requests are reviewed solely at the discretion of BuildWith (Pvt) Ltd.

BuildWith (Pvt) Ltd reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any refund request. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee or create any entitlement to a refund. The decision of BuildWith (Pvt) Ltd regarding any refund request shall be final and binding.
