1. Agreement to the Terms

By using AIBOQ (aiboq.app), operated by BuildWith (Pvt) Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and related policies.

2. Services Provided

AIBOQ provides AI-assisted Bill of Quantities (BOQ) generation to help construction professionals extract estimates and measurements from architectural drawings. All BOQs and other output generated by AIBOQ are preliminary, sample outputs only — not finalized, certified, or verified documents. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of AI-generated estimates. Users must always independently verify all quantities, measurements, and rates before engaging any service provider or finalizing a tender.

3. Professional Surveying Disclaimer

AIBOQ is an AI-powered estimating tool designed to assist construction professionals. It does not replace a licensed Quantity Surveyor (QS), structural engineer, or architect. Users are strictly responsible for reviewing and verifying all rates, quantities, and items generated by AIBOQ before signing binding contractor agreements, tendering bids, applying for bank financing, or making any other decision that relies on the output.

4. Plan Quotas & Fair Use

Use of AIBOQ is subject to the quota of the plan you purchase — for example, 1 BOQ under Pay-per-BOQ, 3 BOQs under the Basic plan, and 8 BOQs under the Pro plan (plan limits may be updated from time to time and will be reflected on our pricing page). Automated scraping, bot-driven usage, or any attempt to exceed or circumvent your plan's fair-use limits is prohibited and may result in suspension of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files, malware, or content designed to disrupt the platform.
  • Upload drawings or documents you are not licensed or authorized to use or share.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or logic of our AI extraction engine.
  • Use AIBOQ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

6. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, design, and platform materials belong to BuildWith (Pvt) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without our prior written permission. As set out in our Privacy Policy, you retain full ownership of the architectural drawings and project content you upload.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before making any payment for paid services on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIBOQ is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBOQ and its affiliates are not liable for any financial losses, contractor cost overruns, construction delays, tendering errors, bidding discrepancies, or other damages arising from or related to the use of AI-generated BOQs, estimates, or measurements.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

BuildWith (Pvt) Ltd may suspend or restrict your access to AIBOQ, in whole or in part, where we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any related policy, misused the platform, exceeded or attempted to circumvent your plan's quota, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or created a security or operational risk to AIBOQ or its users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect on our side as soon as we adopt them, and there may be a delay before a revised version is reflected on this page — the date shown above should not be treated as the only point at which changes apply. Your continued use of AIBOQ constitutes acceptance of the Terms as they apply from time to time.
